• Development of Sales Vision, Strategy, Policies and Procedures • Sales Projection and Business Planning • Track and manage growth in sales volume, value and profitability against the Annual Budget targets. • Seek a root cause analysis from the respective team members in case of a failure to meet budgeted targets. • Manage key escalations raised by large customer accounts to address and resolve any concerns. • Coordination with Internal Business Stakeholders • Sales Budgeting and Metrics Review • People Management and Development • Monitor attrition in the vendor team and drive engagement initiatives to build morale. Engage local communities/Local Government Units for negotiations, when necessary
• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a reputed University
• Minimum 16 - 20 years of experience in a sales role in Telecom/Tower industry
