• Defining the purpose, scope and deliverables of a project • Communicating with stakeholders to set expectations • Outlining the course of action and establishing timeline for the project • Participating in and supervising each stage of the project. • Excellent working knowledge of project estimation techniques. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously. • Determining and reviewing budgets based on estimated costs • Keeping track of available resources and using them effectively according to project needs • Ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule • Monitoring the progress made by team members and re-allocate tasks where necessary • Collaborating with all relevant key personnel within the organization as and when needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain proper project documentation (i.e., inception, progress, handover) • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion. • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information. • Reporting management from time to time.
• Master's degree in CSE/EEE or relevant discipline from a reputed University.
• At least 7-9 years of experience is needed
• PMP/Prince2 certification or similar preferred • Solid understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, E-commerce, Telecom, IT Enabled Service • Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project etc.
