• Work closely with the leadership team to devise short/mid/long term commercial plans keeping local market dynamics in mind • Lead the team to ensure restaurant targets are met month on month, including restaurant acquisition as well as performance optimization and churn prevention • Works with the team to identify and implements solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals • Gather market insights on the best quality deals to target in the space • Proactively identify potential partners and build collaborative relationships with them • Serve as primary point of contact for holistic account relationship • Spontaneous to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams as part of a persistent commitment to provide top-notch support to potential clients • Manage and expand relationships with top restaurant key partners and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business developments • Balance high level strategic thinking with hands on execution • Stakeholder management - work with both country and regional to align on priorities and highlight bottlenecks • Responsible for drafting budgets, planning and reporting to stakeholders • Collaborate with marketing counterpart in optimizing marketing spend to drive acquisition • Monitor progress, perform gap analysis, subsequently propose strategic adjustments to ensure sustainable growth and performance of the subscription model • Develop targets for teams and ensure timely cascade • Ensure transparent tracking of those targets for management and your teams • Drive and track performance across all area during campaigns to ensure healthy progress along set targets • Be a source of leadership and guidance for your team on various aspects of Commercial focus areas • Drive a robust Restaurant Acquisition strategy aligned with the growth strategy and conduct periodic check ins with the team to assess progress • Ensure the team is aligned on an assortment plan that matches customer demands on: variety, price points, onsite appeal and quality • Drive the right processes, SOPs and ensure compliance, where relevant, to local regulations and governance systems • Perform analyses of the market landscape and identify opportunities to further strengthen the brand and plan for potential risks • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the online food ordering market • Develop the Department Roadmap and Vision and Bring it to execution with excellence in execution.
• Bachelor’s degree(min), MBA preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with diverse exposure and knowledge in the e-commerce space
• Highly detailed oriented with ability to execute complex plans with multiple stakeholders • Previous experience and ability to run successful planning, forecasting and budgeting analysis • Previous experience in team leadership including development and execution of strategies
