• Manage projects around circular economy, gender friendly entrepreneurship ecosystem, financial inclusion and digital innovation. • Design route to market strategies for food & nutrition, renewable energy and WASH products and services targeted towards low income consumers • Set up and improve (women) sales agent networks within a low-income market. • Lead and coordinate proposal development. Represent organization’s on national and international fora to create opportunities • Manage, coach and inspire project staff and stakeholders. • Be the budget holder of projects and develop effective resource planning
• Master degree in business, economics, marketing or in relevant domain • European Universities Degree will get extra preference
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience with a blend of private sector (FMCG / Food-Nutrition) and development sector focused on business development, branding, sales, marketing and distribution.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali. Ability to prepare own contents / materials and professional reports.
