• Manage the brand and activation team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels • Work cross-functionally with digital, MX, product and operations teams to help devise, plan and implement successful and relevant initiatives and campaigns • Optimize these campaigns through thoughtful testing, ultimately aiming to maximize acquisitions while considering LTV/CAC • Manage the brand and activation plan budget and establish goals and objectives for all related activity and use data to track and improve the performance of all initiatives • Strengthen organization’s brand equity and positioning by identifying business development efforts and corporate partnership opportunities • Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into plans to be on top and relevant • Conduct surveys as needed to determine position in the market and advance aggressive marketing plans targeted to addressing customer needs. • Grow a dynamic team, building on their expertise and knowledge, and training the next generation of leaders • Become an integral part of senior management within the company
• At least 6 years of working experience in brand and activation
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bengali; other language skills are desirable • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Executional and operational ability; ability to multitask • Driven and motivated, challenging the status quo • Team management skills, including both coaching and enforcement
