• Lead the strategic and financial planning processes (e.g. monthly business reviews, forecasts, budgets and subsidiary performance & consolidation); • Complete the implementation of financial & non-financial tools and reports that identify key business drivers and associated KPIs that guide management decision making and contribute to strategy formulation. Continually seek better ways to convert financial/non-financial data into intelligence that feeds improved business performance; • Measure progress against key objectives and present findings and recommendations to senior management; • Lead development of business knowledge, partnering and finance capabilities of the team; • Attract and retain finance talent and ensure a robust succession plan is in place; • Engage, inspire, motivate, lead and coach a team of diverse, aspiring and energetic professionals; • Implement and validation of non-financial metrics used in external reporting; • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
• Minimum bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering; • FCA / FCMA / CFA / MBA or other relevant qualifications would be preferred;
• 12+ years of relevant experience in corporate financial planning or business finance; • Minimum 6 years of experiences in a financial institution.
