• Developing plans for branding and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print & digital platforms. • Promotional plans prepare and execute. • Conduct brand and product promotion • Develop business PR & event management. • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media. • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative. • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights • Shape and communicate our vision and mission • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Minimum 8-12 years experiences in relevant field. Minimum 4 years experiences in managerial position with team supervision
• MBA/BBA from any reputed university
• Analytical skills and attention to detail • Experience with and an understanding of market research • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
