• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives associated with the overall company strategy. • Develop and monitor overall HR policies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. • Plan recruitment and selection according to the requisition raised or decision of the higher management. • Sustain current and future organizational needs through the improvement, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. • Prepare job description of each positions in the organogram and evaluate them quarterly. • Arrange onboarding process for new hires and arrange for a proper orientation session. • Manage workplace talents and arrange necessary trainings for the deserving employees. • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. • Build the HR and Admin team and maintain proper communication internally. • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring a safe, secured, discrimination and harassment-free workplace. • Coordinate with IT department on maintain the office electronic equipment.
• Minimum 5-7 years of working experience
