• Improve the restaurant onboarding process efficiency and experience. The key challenge will be improving scalability and experience quality at the same time;
• Work on our catalog strategy and compliance and build appropriate SOPs that support restaurants in terms of SKU creation and photo-shooting logistics management, and that maximize customer experience on the platform;
• Strategize to revamp & execute on an exhaustive and fair restaurant compliance framework that safeguards customer’s experience on the platform, whilst remaining supportive of restaurant’s operational hurdles;
• Scope the data analytics requirements to support the team ranging from acquisition and onboarding funnels, to catalog pipeline, and more;
• Deliver insights on restaurant acquisition, education, growth and retention programs necessary to power organization’s growth;
• Work with Product teams to build a roadmap that delivers on required structural improvements in our buyer and restaurant app;
• Build, manage and lead the Restaurant Operations department.
? 4+ years of relevant work experience in a food delivery or management consulting
? Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering from a top tier university
? Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented;
? Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
