• Daily sales supervision & trade marketing • Administrative activities coordination • Maintain and develop relation with different distributors and customers • Implementation of organizational policies & strategies • Always keep in track to compete with competitors • Forecast market demand • Achieve sales target • Understand the channel plans and develop implementation plans • Maintain required distribution standard and service levels of the assigned territory
• Minimum graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment • Ability to work under stress and pressure with multiple products • Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty • Good command in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet browsing
