• Plan, forecast and achieve annual sales target for consumer goods financing in terms of no. of customers, no. of loans and loan volume.
• Design and implement sales strategy plan that expands the current customer base.
• Build and maintain relationship with merchant channel partners and internal Quality Assurance Team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Monitor the sales performance of the team on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage the creation of contents for the marketing and communication of various products and branding of company.
• Formulate strategies for business growth and performance improvement while aligning with the organization’s goals.
• Prepare reports regarding business development including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the relevant field.
