• Responsible for sales budget by targeting new accounts so as to ensure achievement of sales budget, future stability and growth • Establishing good rapport with customers by working closely with them by providing advice on solution to meet their needs, and after sales service, on time reporting to achieve total customer satisfaction • Monitor projects by ensuring that they are managed in an efficient manner in terms of quality of job, non-interruption and coordination between various departments in order to meet customer requirements • Provide on time delivery by working closely with customer to establish sales forecast to ensure that paints are produced and supplied to customer in most efficient way • Identify new target account in Marine and Protective • Closely monitoring upcoming & ongoing projects in the territory • To be focused on customer wise sales and Budget for the area • Proper Sales Forecast / Rolling forecast • To plan & execute regular customer visits to maintain & improve Customer relationship to improve on BSH • Promote the brand as leaders in Protective and Marine Coatings knowing brand’s strengths & weaknesses • Be always alert and informative on competitors’ activities in the region
• B.Sc in Mechanical and Civil from reputed university
• 7-8 years of experience in protective sales sector.
• Candidates from Cement Industry, Machine Manufacturers for Textile Industry, Steel Fabricators, Forklifts and Earth Moving machinery manufacturing industry will be preferred.
