Under the Board’s guidance develop the strategic direction and positioning to ensure company’s profitable growth and success • Develop and implement strategic business plan to maximize revenue from corporate, retail and foreign investment portfolio • Actively lead and influence the design, implementation and achievement of the current and future strategic and operational plans. • Constantly monitor competitive landscape, industry trends and market condition to identify opportunities and provide strategic advice to the management • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust organization structure that supports business growth, with satisfactory definitions of role and responsibilities for ensuring smooth executive co-ordination, personnel relations at all levels of the organization, along with enhancing people efficiency, maximizing profit & profit per person. • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plan to facilitate achievement through cost-effective operations and market development activities. • Maintain and extend both existing and new customer base in Retail and Corporate segments. • Responsible for ensuring a strong Risk, Compliance and Governance Framework is embedded across the organization. • Responsible to promote and establish transparency, accountability and responsibility. • Responsible for initiating and implementing new strategic projects/ initiatives and oversee the change management across the organization.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in reputed securities or capital management organization
• Must have extensive exposure in capital market operations • Experience in business development & Client management • Experience in managing regulatory bodies & compliance • Sound exposure in investment consultancy
