• Ensure smooth and effective functioning of the Corporate and Government sales operation of the company to achieve monthly or annual sales targets • Responsible for assigning daily workload to the Corporate Government Sales team and providing necessary support to them for efficient sales • Ensure targeted increase in sales by developing profitable relationship with the corporate customers and also acquiring new customers from market for different government and private projects such as the projects of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Ministry of Education, Army, Police, highway and road constructions • Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities in various ministry projects, LGED projects, Army, Police and developer projects • Ensure the Corporate sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly • Responsible for all kinds of processing of approval, permission, enlistment in developer’s list to ensure profitable Corporate sales • Develop and maintain effective strategies to continuously analyse the market conditions for cement sales • Identify areas of improvement in the company’s Corporate cement sales process to ensure efficient use of resources
