This position will be responsible for Qualifying the Web leads as per the defined targets in lines to the In country Marketing team. • Qualify Web Leads in lines to the defined targets • Ensure quality calling and response to IDP students and parents • Manage other IDP touch points – Web Chats & SMS etc • Closely work with the reporting manager on the Monthly/Yearly targets. • Research, identify and implement new opportunities for the process
Educated to Graduation level or equivalent
Demonstrable experience (minimum 4-5 years) in the call centre profile Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Competent score/attempted in IELTS is preferable) Good understanding of DIALER functionalities Ability & Willingness to innovate, self-motivated Basic IT Skills - MS office
Salary Range: BDT 18,000.00 to BDT 20,000.00
