Responsibility: • This role holder is responsible for end to end management of the brand including profitability and growth • Responsible for delivering growth and profitability of the Brand • Lead communication development on the brand • Track and build Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods • Consumer Insighting and Competition for brand strategy • Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand • Develop & Execute Marketing programs through liasoning with agencies and cross functional teams • Leads Communication, Media strategy and Planning his/ her business • Provides strategic, visionary leadership • Creates strong brand equities • Has strong consumer Understanding • Manages and implements Projects with excellence, creativity and innovation. • Will takes “personal” risk and makes a difference in the Brand, Business
• BBA/MBA degree from any reputed university
• Core marketing experience 4-6 years in FMCG • Minimum 4 years of Brand Management Experience
